Parking at Maynard Library

The Maynard library has a small parking lot and with about 25 cars arriving for the course it leaves no space for the regular town library customers. We have been asked to use the free municipal parking across the street from the Fine Arts movie theatre. See the Google Earth map below and the green path I drew from the Library to the lot.

Roosevelt room tables and chairs setup

There are many tables, some on wheels and about 40 stackable chairs. Please arrive a couple minutes early to help get your table and chairs setup. I will be be occupied finding the projector and setting up my table at the front. We are expected to restore the room to its default condition with chairs stacked and tables off to the side afterwards. Often there is some meeting scheduled immediately after us and they may need a particular setup which we can help with, like chairs setup to view a movie.

Coatroom to the left as you face front

You may hang your coat in the coat/storage room. Often the tables are folded up and stored in this room and we may have to get them out.
